Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any taxes, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Pilot Hill House is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Contact the carrier for claims, and consider shipping insurance for high-value orders.

International Shipping
We do not ship outside the United States of America at this time.
